SAN ANTONIO - Police have identified the victim of a deadly accident.
Investigators say 23-year-old Alfredo Ramirez died Monday after he became trapped under a vehicle as the driver pulled away.
Authorities have now charged the driver with DUI and say there was a child in the SUV at the time of the accident. Investigators say more charges could come.
