Hey Jackieboy, just to let you know (since you don’t seem to know the law regarding motorcycles), motorcycle riders are allowed to split lanes in Texas. Now just because you are allowed by law, doesn’t mean you should because it’s dangerous and there are lots of ignorant drivers out there that think it’s illegal, so they go out of their way to block a rider from getting by. If you had a very hot motor (air cooled) between your legs in the heat of summer, you wouldn’t want to sit in stopped traffic for long. We are all on the lookout for the TNT car club who we’ve heard is purposely running bikers off the road. There is also a HUGE difference between riders who lean forward and those that lean back. Those that ride crotch rockets are suicidal (my opinion) and I’ve almost hit them before because they were flying down the highway at more than twice the speed limit and weaving in and out of traffic and I didn’t see them in that split second (this actually happened to me in my truck as well as my motorcycle). Bikers that ride cruisers are much more laid back and more safety conscience (although there is the occasional exception to that). It’s safer for us to ride in a large group because you actually notice us. We know that if we are in a contest with a cage (vehicle), we will lose….so we respect your size, but we don’t respect those who text and drive and talk and drive. If you run me off the road when I’m in my truck, I think you didn’t see me and I’ll be upset. If you run me off the road when I’m on my motorcycle obeying the law, you are trying to kill me and I will protect myself in whatever way will work at the moment. So if everyone will just pay attention to driving and look out for all other drivers/riders, we will all be happy and safe. I don’t ride with a club, I ride with two rider groups (American Legion Riders and Patriot Guard Riders). Thank you!

Yea I saw these idiots the day it happened! There were tons of them covering the 410 south area all on their crotch rockets acting stupid. Some of them were driving down the wrong way on the access road, I guess to go back to the Valero that was near by.

Wait I just saw the video. These guys are not bikers. I have seen these crotch rocket clubs riding around. They pop wheelies on 410 and swerve in and out of traffic and the shoulder. Real bikers dont go off on the curb or shoulder or pop wheelies. They ride for the love of it and dont endanger other drivers. Next time bake sure the name biker is used properly. lol

The bikers had definetly acted out in an emotional rage against the driver who allegedy causing two of their members to be run off on the highway. This is an prime example on how we need to pay attention when we are driving. People make the comments that bikers think they own the road, but they have all legal right to drive on the highway as much as people in cars does. People were to learn to give biker respect, then they probably would of left the guy alone. For the bikers, have a common cursoity of your surrounding, you don't need to take up six lanes of the highway to get to your designation.

These damn Bikers think the OWN the road. They don't stop at intersections, drive down the middle lane, and expect people to be courteous to them. No one needs to get hurt, but THEY need to do their part too.

Well, anyway, I hope the driver has a few knots on his head to remind him to drive safe and share the road. Now, only if someone could grab that blond dingbat, by the neck preferably, from her SUV and slap that F'n cellphone from her hands. She just dang near ran me off the road in my F-150, heading home from church, this AM. PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE! AND GET OFF THE PHONE!
