woolybully, 2 drinks is too much to drive. Even 1 is too much for driving, see the CDC http://www.cdc.gov/alcohol/fact-sheets/alcohol-use.htm If you don't have someone with you abstaining, you are irresponsible.

Another drunk driving story....every day we see them in the paper, yet the mindless idiots still drink and drive. I'm beginning to think there should be far harsher penalties to get these brain dead fools off the streets...How about picking up trash on the side of the road while wearing a sign that says "I drove drunk and just about killed somebody" for first offenders? Or a sign in the front yard "I drink and drive. Please keep your kids off the sidewalk."

@ woolybully I often think the same thing. What! kind of drugs are these people on that there entering and driving the wrong direction on the hiway..I mean there should be Red Lights with Klaxons sounding in your mind if you do this even blown out of your mind drunk.

I want to know what these people are drinking!! Lord knows I have driven home after a cocktail or two but, this is happening EVERY weekend!!

Well did the person they hit at least survive? Absolutely no mention of the poor innocent person they slammed into.

Remember them Speed Bumps with the Sharp Spikes at the Ole Drive in Movies......install where needed....case closed.....Stop the Madness !

Must be a visitor from a country like England where they dont drive on the same side of the road.
