Without the ability to run the engine, the AC would be out too. So I bet they are referring to the fact that the interior of the bus was hotter than heck!

Forced to sleep on the grass? I doubt that. Just another way for some people to make some money. They were so traumatized, I'm sure. We will be hearing about a lawsuit real soon.
