We have an aggressive pit bull in our neighborhood that has been reported. ACS will do NOTHING to take the dog and leave it up to the owner to surrender...unless there is a physical attack. Personal experience. Don't look for the law to help you out unless you are bitten. Protect yourselves. I have had the pleasure of being exposed to really sweet pits, one of which actually protected my daughter and her friends from the very pit I was mentioning above.
