SAN ANTONIO -- Some tenants at the Cosmopolitan Apartment complex voiced concern about an increased number of deep holes in the ground and they don't believe management is doing enough to fix the drainage problems.
"You can see the mosquitoes flying out of it," said one anonymous renter.
In September, people contacted News 4 WOAI about a drainage issue and what they consider potential danger to children.
"How can we have our kids playing around when they turn a corner, all of a sudden boom. They're in a hole. I don't want to see no kids in a hole," insisted the tenant.
In September apartment manager Sandra Mier said plumbers were working on the problems, but since then the crews have uncovered a much larger problem and need to replace several drainage pipes.
