A 5-year-old boy has been hospitalized after reportedly buried by his brother in the sand. News 4 San Antonio has learned the two boys were playing at the Wild Sunday Farms on the 400 Block of Specht Road, in far north Bexar County. The younger brother, who reportedly was not breathing, was airlifted to University Hospital. More details as it becomes available.
