I would love to live downtown and downsides as my children are gone and I live alone, but the cost of these places is ridiculous. The can plant apartments are really ugly and they have a postage size balcony. I also can't imagine the apartments built on or next to the old plating company - how contaminated is that soil. Who has $300,000 to spend on a condo plus all the monthly maintenance fees!
