How isn't this idiot dead? He was in a laundry room. How far could that shot have possibly been? I'm so glad the deputy is safe but I think they need to put his buddy back through some basic pistol training. Now us taxpayers get to take care of this moron.

I think after that, and after spending 28 years on the force, I'd retire.
