Deputies capture suspected copper thief

Deputies said a contractor spotted a man stealing copper from two homes under construction on Stillwater Parkway, near Culebra and FM 1560, around 10:30 a.m. Thursday.

They should strap some of that copper around his private area real tight then let him do the Wichita Walk-off down at the jail.

What should be done is if one steals and are caught, then cut off one hand. Steal again, cut the other hand. You think that would solve the problem? These type of person NEVER learn!
