SCHERTZ, Texas -- One person has died following a crash along Interstate 10 in East Bexar County.
The accident happened around 3:00 p.m. Friday on the access road of Interstate 10 East, near FM 1518.
Bexar County officials tell us a Chevy pickup was traveling eastbound when it drifted into another lane of traffic hitting a Dodge Neon head-on. The impact killed the driver of the Neon.
Three passengers in the truck were taken to Northeast Methodist Hospital and the driver of the truck was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC).
