What? No comments from Dodie or Carmen? I'm sure they will tell us why this guy died and that we are all going straight to hell. That may be, but I don't need her to tell me that.

Its no surprise that he wasnt reported, the family was even at pearl posting missing person signs and the pearl management took them down. They covered it up because they already have bad publicity due to the fact that the new can plant apartments caught fire and probably cost them alot of money. The news has the info wrong on the man anyways, his name was victor diaz and he was central america and was missing since last week tuesday. the family should sue pearl for negligence and blatant disregard. The pearl staff only cares about themselves and are such racists. I have experienced this first hand.

If I go missing for 5 minutes at work, somebody starts searching for me!

"a construction worker who was reported missing about a week ago and that it appears he died after falling into a smokestack at the site." Missing during working hours? If so why wasn't a search conducted? Law suit.
