A lot of times following "procedure" is put above saving lives. If this is the most dangerous situation a County Constable is facing, then shouldn't procedure reflect that? Perhaps an updated procedure should be implemented. For example what about armored vehicles? Or even a ballistic shield while walking up to the door? It might seem a bit extreme, but then again is not saving a life worth it? Desperate times call for desperate measures- 10th Legion PMC

@dodie lee....All thou i agree with your conviction on the subject .. I think your a little harsh on the tenant removal part. If the government isn't even going to properly guard the boarders. Why would we send the swat team over to homers house cuz he hasn't worked or payed bills in 4 mounths

Condolences to the Constable's family. I hope they find a better procedure of serving any KIND of warrants and eviction notices.

David Howard you're retard. You're probably someone who doesnt pay your rent, because you are obviously too stupid to own a house by your comments.

You don't work you don't eat. You don't pay your rent then you get evict.

Dodie Lee - is that how you put your own mother in a nursing home? If she's anything like you I bet you went in there and dragged her by her feet and beat her senseless until she could resist no more. Then you basically had her locked-up so you wouldn't have to deal with her anymore. You are the only trash here.

It's hard to pay for anything when you lost your job.

The law needs to change the way they do evictions. People who don't pay their rent are criminals, so they should be treated like criminals. Instead of knocking on the door, the law should surround the place with guns and either throw a can of tear gas or a hand grenade through the window. When they come running out, capture them and haul all the grown people off to jail in chains. If there are any children, they need to take them and either put them in an orphanage or a reformatory. People who don't pay their rent are stealing, and the Lord punishes all thieves by burning them in hell. If you don't pay your rent, you are trash, and you deserve to be treated as such.

Just another excuse to make the constable trigger happy when they knock at someone door. They don’t do anything anyways, just a bunch of crooks getting pay with tax payer dollars. If you want police patrol count on the sheriff and SAPD

This story makes me think of the old Dead Kennedys song "Let's lynch the landlord!" But we can, you know we can Let's lynch the landlord Let's lynch the landlord Let's lynch the landlord man
