BOERNE, Texas -- A Dallas police officer was killed in a crash near Boerne over the weekend.
Senior Corporal Recardo Trejo was driving east on Highway 46, when he turned a curve, crossed the center line, and crashed head-on into a truck. The 54-year-old officer died at the scene.
Investigators are looking into the crash.
The other driver was not injured.
