SAN ANTONIO -- A man and woman were found dead at a home in West Bexar County.
Bexar County deputies were called to a home in the 11,400 block of Buck Canyon Tuesday morning. The pair was found by a friend who suspected something was wrong when the woman failed to show up for work.
An official with the Bexar County Sheriff's Office confirmed the two were in a relationship. Investigators believe the couple may have been dead since Saturday night.
Bexar County officials said the man, who was 55 years old, suffered a gunshot wound to the head. The woman, who has been identified as 50-year-old Deanna Tiller, was a music teacher for Allen Elementary School in the Northside ISD.
Northside ISD officials say crisis counselors will be at Allen Elementary all day Wednesday.
