SAN ANTONIO-A man who broke into a home south of downtown is stabbed. The break in happened on Bank Street early Saturday morning.
Police say the man broke into his neighbor's house while the couple was inside.
We're told the man and woman said they were defending themselves when they stabbed the suspect in the stomach.
The couple was questioned but weren't charged.
The intruder was taken to University Hospital. We're told he was still in critical condition Saturday night.
