I grew up on this side of town and still drop by bout once a week. Ivy, you can't make chicken salad out of chicken poop.

SA13CV0051XR was filed naming City defendants including Mayor Julian Castro, City Manager Sheryl Sculley, SAPD Chief William McManus, City attorney Michael Bernard and all Council members ( 7/1/2009 to present) in their official and individual capacities for Constitutional violations imposed to hide a “fraud upon our judicial system” financed with tax dollars concocted to hide long-term public /police corruption, bond fraud, accounting fraud, HUD fraud , “padded” Avaya Inc. invoices and the theft/misuse of tens of millions of tax/grant dollars including funds set aside by law to support E911, Homeland Security and public safety communications............. http://tpr.org/post/banned-city-hall

Ivy will be attending another meeting soon- with a Federal judge........“Texas Civil Rights Project sues City of San Antonio for banning man from City Hall” ........................ Federal Civil Rights complaint SA13CV0051 was filed on January 17, 2013. Complaint SA13CV0091 was filed on February 11, 2013 by the Texas Civil Rights Project stating:............... “Because of the maliciousness of their conduct and the fact that, as the City’s two top law enforcement officials ( Police Chief McManus and City Attorney Bernard) , they know their banning order is unconstitutional, we are seeking punitive damages against them individually, in addition to economic and other damages,”
