SAN ANTONIO - A couple of days ago we asked our Facebook fans to nominate their Valentine for a special delivery by our very own Cleto Rodriguez. Here is one couple, Ian and Karen Collazo. We were told that Ian is preparing to deploy and his wife wanted to do something special for him.
