SAN ANTONIO - Police are investigating a break-in at a local fast food restaurant.

Officers were called out to the Church's Fried Chicken on Commercial Lane near Southwest Military around 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning after a passerby reported a door at the restaurant was open. Investigators say the glass on the front door was broken, and the place was ransacked. A manager determined two boxes of chicken had been taken from a freezer.

Do yourself a favor. Instead of eating at Church's, just go to HEB and buy a couple packs of store brand butter and a loaf of white bread. They'll get you to the grave at the same time and a lot cheaper.

They are welcome to all the chicken they want. I don't eat at Church's because I usually can't figure out what each piece is supposed to be. I'm not sure it's chicken at all. They cut them up difference from everyone else I know. Besides that, it's greasy, ugh.
