SAN ANTONIO -- A local charter school is being investigated by the Texas Education Agency.
Several former employees of the Shekinah School District have complained to TEA and to the Trouble Shooters about Superintendent Dr. Cheryl Washington's spending habits. So, News 4 WOAI Trouble Shooter Brian Collister has also been investigating the charter school.
