SAN ANTONIO -- Two drivers were killed after an accident on the Far North Side.
News 4 WOAI was told a cement truck was hit head-on by a van at Bulverde Road and Evans Road around 9:50 a.m. Thursday. The cement truck then went off the road and overturned in a ditch.
The driver of the cement truck, 34-year-old Jose Sandoval, was killed. The driver of the van, identified as 48-year-old John Lougher, was taken by AirLife to University Hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police say Lougher died at the hospital.
