SAN ANTONIO--A man is caught on camera performing a lewd act. The incident happened late Monday night at the Hearthstone Apartments located at 8801 Cinnamon Creek.
The apartment complex located in the medical center is sending out a warning to people living in the area. "It's perverted, it's sick, and he needs to be caught, " said Robert De La Garza, the courtesy patrol officer at the complex.
In this case a man is seen on video performing a sexual act while a female resident is sitting inside her car. "She doesn't even know that she's being watched, " said De La Garza.
On the video the stranger took cover behind some nearby bushes while the woman made her way inside the apartment. "Who knows how many times he's done this before, " added De La Garza.
According to San Antonio Police Department call records, since January nine suspicious person calls have been made to SAPD from the apartment complex, and four calls have been reported for lewd conduct.
The apartment complex has sent out flyers to residents warning them about the incident.
The man is described as a white male, about 5'8 and in his early 20's.
Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call police.
