SAN ANTONIO -- A family managed to escape unharmed after their car caught fire on Interstate Downtown Monday morning.
A San Antonio Fire Department spokesperson said they received a call about a vehicle fire on the Interstate 10 ramp to northbound Interstate 35 around 7:40 a.m. Monday. When firefighters arrived, the car was fully engulfed in flames. Crews were able to quickly put out the fire, and no injuries were reported.
