CPS case worker admits stealing gift cards meant for needy children

Flowergamer one more very important thing. How dare you state you were A VICTIM. Unfortunately your children were if they were taken from you as you stated. Your about as pathetic as STEPHANIE MOORE and definately are not in the right frame of mind.

First off flowergamer I have never had my children taken from me by anyone. I would never have jeopardized their wellbeing or safety. I am a wife, mother, grandmother, and well respected citizen within my community and will continue to strive for justice, especially for children. Peoples bad behavior is learned and I will pray everynight that you or your family don't live anywhere near my neighborhood. With that being said I'm sure from your post you will be in court to disclose my identity. Well you better get there early because from what I hear it will be a packed house with standing room only.

Well put Deserved...isn't this a shame that so many times this year when we have tuned into the news something that happened in our city of Floresville was the lead story. This is just the latest in a long and sad tale of bad things happening to our city. Shouldn't we start a coalition to clean up our city officials so we don't have to be the lead stories anymore!!!!! After reading all the blogs I am curious about a few things. I will start with the social worker and her law enforcement husband...what do they have to do with this crime. Why would karma come back to them? I don't remember either of them being in trouble...if so would someone refresh my memory. It is my understanding that the husband didn't investigate this crime and besides the worker confessed to the crime in hopes of being let off the hook I am sure. And Flowergamer...the only victims in the CPS system are the children. If you were investigated there was a reason and if you were not guilty you were exonerated as to my knowledge that is how the system works. Call Mary Walker she will explain it to you as she did for me. Also, about the 1% of CPS workers being goood...GIVE ME A BREAK...If you were aware of the number of hours these workers work versus the compensation I would venture you would never consider taking the job. They deal with things most of us bury our heads in the sand and basically ignore. Just like anywhere or any field I am sure there is a bad apple or two and if we would step up and support our system and say NO we won't allow child abuse anymore maybe we could help these workers with their difficult jobs. No one likes to see our fair city on the news time after time and I for one vow to step up and ask for change. I suggest you, my fellow citizens of Floresville should do the same. I will start by donating toward the replacement of those stolen cards...WHAT WILL YOU DO??????

Flowergamer, sounds to me that maybe you're still not in the right frame of mind if you condone this behavior. Is this what you will teach your children? Heck let's not even mention that she's not only stealing from her employer but also from children. So will you teach your children that it's ok to steal? I do know this thief, and she always seemed to feel that she was above everyone and deserved more. No she was not my caseworker nor have I ever had my children taken away. I suppose she thought she could get away with it since her husband was in law enforcement. Oh, the irony!! Flowergamer, similar to your situation, we should thank our lucky stars she got caught before more damaged was done.

Good deserved and BADMOORE, then we can see who you really are and what your story is!! And dig into why those 2 children were taken, cause obviously they were. None the less... move on.

Stpehanie Moore was also a teacher in the Floresville ISD. Wonder wha she stole from those children and all the taxpayers.

No one in that office has EVER been a caseworker of mine - can't you read? And the only story I have is how Moore abused her power against innocent children. Could have been you but maybe you were lucky enough to get one of the 1% of good case workers out there. Two very special children I know were not that lucky. Have a great day...I know I will when I sit in that court room to watch her answer to the very court she lied in so many times.

Flowergamer what was your take on the $650.00? Verbatam " It's $650 for godsake". Then march your sweet ??? into the agency Monday morning and donate $650.00 since you condone her actions. What is the price of a smile from a child who's world has came crashing down on them at the hands of this roach. She stole from needy children. Bad behavior is learned and I wonder if she will sit in the getaway car outside while her child is shoplifting inside a department store? Who cares when it happened! It happened and the cockroach admitted to it. I'm sure STEPHANIE MOORE slept very well at night as she must have been exhausted from shopping!!! The investigation is ongoing and I'm sure they will conclude that STEPHANIE MOORE took alot more from needy children and innocent families than "It's $650 for godsake". GOOD JOB TO WHOM WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR SMASHING THIS COCKROACH.

Badmoore, nope don't know her...but I have been in the CPS system before as a victim. If your children were taken it was probably because of drugs.. Know your laws...not just take it out on her. You can tell you are upset with her, but becareful that YOUR story does not come out in public. Because if you are a mother of children that were taken and were using drugs around those children or beating them or not feeding them or anything else, , then you are a sorry excuse for a parent. I've been in those shoes, I've been in those courts. I look back at what I did to my children and thank the lucky stars that the caseworker did take the children. So before you judge someone else look at your life first before it becomes public record and you are in the light. Karma sucks and this really is NOTHING compared to other things in this world.
