SAN ANTONIO -- A man has been charged with capital murder after police say he shot and killed a couple at their Northeast Side home Wednesday.
According to investigators, 50-year-old Billy Minh Tran killed 53-year-old Robert Snyder and 50-year-old Beatriz Snyder over a business dispute. The couple owned a grease collection business.
The couple's 20-year-old daughter was in the house at the time of the shooting but was able to escape by jumping out of a second story window.
