DALLAS (AP) - A Dallas County grand jury has indicted three men on animal cruelty charges in the burning death of a 4-month-old puppy that drew statewide attention

The indictments of 24-year-olds Richard Anthony Valentine and Darius Lamar Carey, along with 20-year-old Adrian Michael Ayers were returned Thursday. All three are in Dallas County jail.

No bonds are set for Valentine and Carey, who have no attorneys listed. Ayers is held on $200,000 bond. His attorney, Howard Blackmon of Plano, didn't return a message Thursday.

Previously arrested in the case was 18-year-old Darius Ewing, who's scheduled for trial Nov. 12 on an animal cruelty charge.

They're accused of dousing the puppy, later named "Justice," with lighter fluid and setting him on fire April 4. He died nine days later.

Be better if THEY were to burn here befoe they get to hell, I see nothing wrong with showing them what there crime felt like. I am willing to buy the lighter fluid needed to keep them burning all night long.

Oh, they will burn in Hell, but I want more. I want REAL JUSTICE for the puppy, and these future serial killers incarcerated for the rest of their lives in an environment that will be TOTALLY horrendous & unpleasant!!! Remember, if we are lenient on them, they WILL take human lives in the future.
