SAN ANTONIO -- Police say a burglary suspect was injured when he fell off the roof of a North Side building early Thursday.

Police say two men were spotted trying to break into the old HEB Building in the 14,600 block of Huebner Road around 4:30 a.m. Thursday.

When officers approached them on the roof, one of the suspects, a man in his 30's, immediately surrendered. The other, a man in his 50's, ran and ended up falling off the roof of the building, breaking both of his legs. He was taken to University Hospital.
