SAN ANTONIO -- Two brothers have been indicted for the 2011 murder of two women and a little girl.

Baron Ochoa and Conrad Ochoa are charged with capital murder in the deaths of 10-year-old Samvastion Ochoa, her mother, 31-year-old Rebecca Gonzales, and a family friend, 41-year-old Pamela Wenske. Their bodies were found inside their burned home in September of 2011. Conrad Ochoa is the father of Sammy Ochoa.

Both brothers were already in jail on other charges. A grand jury indicted Baron Ochoa for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child in December of 2011. Conrad Ochoa was also indicted at that time for Possession of Child Pornography.
