SAN ANTONIO - There are still plenty of questions surrounding the arrests of two brothers facing sex charges. One of whom had been questioned as a person of interest in a triple murder on Karen Lane last month.

Police arrested 36-year-old Baron Ochoa and 31-year-old Conrad Ochoa Sunday night, but district judge has sealed the arrest warrants.

Baron is charged with two counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child while Conrad is charged with possession of child pornography.

Conrad is the father of 11-year-old Sami Ochoa, who was found murdered along with her mother Rebecca Gonzales in a burned out home. A third victim, Pamela Wenske, was also found in the house.

Gonzales' mother told us she's been waiting for authorities to make an arrest.
She claims her daughter went to police after 11-year-old Sami Ochoa told her mother she had been sexually assaulted by her father and uncle.

Suzy Bianchi-Peters said, “My daughter had filed reports. My granddaughter had made statements and so all of that was in process when they were murdered.”

The Ochoa brothers are jailed on a one million dollar bond.

They are both looking pretty guilty of murder now, wouldn't you say? It's sick that these brothers did such horrible things to this child and others!

What kind of a father would not only sexually abuse his child, but stand by and allow his brother to sexually abuse his own child? I mean...What!!!?? How can either monster look that child in the face after they have raped her and still call her a daughter or a neice? Oh My God!

Prison is not like it use to be 20 yrs ago when someone entered due to a charge of abuse of a child and they were dealt with/they walk among us and in prison- people die in prison because they have done something to break the prison rules -nothing more nothing less.

Not to worry folks. If they are found guilty and escape the death sentence, their faith is sealed. They'll end up just like Jeffery Dalhmer did in prison...at the end of a broom stick.

There is no pit in the depths of Hell deep enough for these two. I hope the rumors you hear about prison life for what these two have done isn't exaggerated.

Despicable scumbags! I think they did it or at least know who did... it's too obvious these two are lifetime criminals and they just wanted her and her child out of the way or silent. Hopefully, the DA will find enough evidence against them both to make the triple murders, arson, etc. stick. Hopefully, they never make it out of jail alive.
