SAN ANTONIO - There are still plenty of questions surrounding the arrests of two brothers facing sex charges. One of whom had been questioned as a person of interest in a triple murder on Karen Lane last month.
Police arrested 36-year-old Baron Ochoa and 31-year-old Conrad Ochoa Sunday night, but district judge has sealed the arrest warrants.
Baron is charged with two counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child while Conrad is charged with possession of child pornography.
Conrad is the father of 11-year-old Sami Ochoa, who was found murdered along with her mother Rebecca Gonzales in a burned out home. A third victim, Pamela Wenske, was also found in the house.
Gonzales' mother told us she's been waiting for authorities to make an arrest. She claims her daughter went to police after 11-year-old Sami Ochoa told her mother she had been sexually assaulted by her father and uncle.
Suzy Bianchi-Peters said, “My daughter had filed reports. My granddaughter had made statements and so all of that was in process when they were murdered.”
The Ochoa brothers are jailed on a one million dollar bond.
