Brother shoots brother while cleaning guns

@Annegray, it's really a shame that you attack then run, because I want to defend myself and the other RESPONSIBLE gun owners like me. You've had your say, but you've shut your mind and heart to hear me out and allow my defense. I do regret the unfortunate image from your youth and fully understand in personally touched ways, but that doesn't negate the fact that you've accused MOST people who own guns of being less than intelligent. You're so wrong on that. You're allowing a few bad apples to ruin the entire crop of good, and that's NOT fair. I've no words against you. I only want to express words FOR me and those like me. Let me know if you're willing to listen.

Guns managed to disturb our Sunday afternoon by getting right next to our property and shooting over and over and over for several hours. I know better than to call the Sheriff because he is a gun nut, too. One isn't supposed to shoot in our neighborhood, but these clowns are right at the line of the subdivision. Our pets were terrified in their own yard. And you people wonder why many of us HATE guns. I saw a 5th grade girl friend get shot and killed by another 5th grade friend. Loaded gun in a drawer. You never forget a scene like that! Live by fire, die by fire...or get injured. Unfortunately most people who own guns don't appear to be too smart, just as this shooter wasn't. Save your words against me; I won't be reading them.
