Even though it doesn't make any difference now, if you can't move over, you are suppose to reduce your speed to 20mph under the posted limit.

Want to know how often I see drivers violating the law you mention, cosmo? People don't give a damn about anybody but themselves, and now we have a widow and four fatherless children. The law is that when law enforcement has someone stopped or is sitting with lights on for any reason, vehicles are supposed to move over a lane and slow down, and if that isn't possible for any reason, the vehicle is supposed to slow down to at least half of the posted speed limit....if I remember correctly. GGGggggrrrrrr!!!!! This almost makes me wish the price of gasoline would go up really high and get a few of the idiots off the road....but I won't because it won't, and the higher prices would hurt me.

How is this even possible? I thought it a law that when law enforcement was stopped, drivers have to either move over a lane or slow down. A wife and four children. Damn.

Hubby and I were hauling a load of feed Monday when we had a blowout on the trailer with over 4 tons of feed on it. I got so furious at the drivers that wouldn't slow down or move over a lane on the highway to give us "safety" room!!! People just f'ng don't give a s hit anymore or even think responsibly. Condolences to the family and friends, and prayers for agent James Dominguez and his family.

Hint. Don't stand by the road. Don't let the police force you to either. Pull into a place that's away from fools hauling ass and screwing with their phones, etc.
