SAN ANTONIO -- The Bexar County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a body was found alongside a road in East Bexar County.
An officials said a passerby discovered the body on the shoulder of the road, near FM 1346 and La Vernia Road, around 6:40 p.m. Tuesday. A spokesperson for the Bexar County Sheriff's Office said the body did have signs of trauma, but no other details were released.
The victim has been listed as a John Doe. The cause of death is pending.
