SAN ANTONIO -- A bicyclist is in critical condition after he was hit by a truck.
Police say the man was on South Alamo just before 8:00 p.m. Sunday night, when he was hit by a truck turning left onto South Presa.
A witness told police the bicyclist had a green light, but the driver of the truck also claims his light was green. Officers said the driver of the truck refused a breath test and was taken in to have his blood drawn.
