Lets drug test all people receiving any federal assitance and set time limits of people on medicaid assitance to lower the cost to the tax payers having to pay for everything.

Yes yes, because if we keep expanding government health care, it'll all get better! Obama only said he'd lower family health care premiums by $2,500 per year and he's only off by $5,500 so far. But hey, single payer will definitely be the answer this time. Bigger socialism always fixes smaller socialism.

What a great idea. After all, this money comes from the magic federal money tree. And just because more and more doctors are refusing to take on Medicare/Medicaid patients, they will have no problem taking on these new patients. But don't worry, the magic money coming in to pay for all the new freeloaders getting this new free healthcare (free for them) will never stop and the taxpayers of this county will never get stuck paying the bill.

The hospitals receive federal funds for patients that cannot make payments. Bexar County does not need to get involved.
