SAN ANTONIO - A fight at a local bar ends with a man stabbed and sent to the hospital.
The event occurred at Gloria's Lounge downtown on North Flores near Pecan St. Police say at around 11:30 P.M. two men got into a fight and one allegedly hit the other over the head with a beer bottle. The second man allegedly responded by stabbing his attacker. He is not expected to face any criminal charges for his response.
The stabbing victim is in stable condition at University Hospital. He is facing aggravated assault charges.
