People think they are getting a great deal by not living w/in the city limits but this is what it leads to...no enforcement and no services! It is a harsh bargain!

WHAT did I just read??? -"A live round of ammo that any of these kids could have picked up or any person with no common sense would have picked up these bullets to harm somebody or do something to somebody," Washington told us.
