SAN ANTONIO -- An Atascosa County murder case involving the Aryan Brotherhood is heading back to court.

Police believe Mark Byrd was killed in 2008 while trying to get into the Aryan Brotherhood. In 2010, three men were sent to prison for life for their roles in the killing.

Three more suspects will be in court this week. Benjamin Johnson of Corpus Christi is headed to federal court Tuesday. Shane McNiel and Destiny Feathers of San Antonio are both due in federal court Wednesday.
