SAN ANTONIO - Armed robbers held up a business and forced everyone into the restroom Saturday afternoon. Police say three men busted into the back door at MNS Teleservices on the northwest side. They had two shotguns, a handgun and knives. Police say their faces were covered and they got away with people's purses, wallets, keys and cell phones.
It was payday at the telemarketing company, but luckily for the workers, they got paid late and had not yet cashed their checks.
"I saw some guy out of the corner of my eye with a knife, so I hooked his arm and grabbed him this way," said Albert Martinez, the company manager. "The guy with a shotgun came behind me and put the shotgun behind my head, telling me do you want to be the hero."
No one was hurt.
The three men took off in a dark-green sedan. But Saturday night, employees say one of the people has been arrested and he is an ex-employee there.
