In related documents the Office of Municipal Integrity called the fraud “ a bottomless pit of money”................. City, State and Federal laws were violated along with standard accounting practices/auditing regulations/bond regulations/etc.............The cove-up coninues.

OH, man. I try hard not to come across as a cynical individual, but this stuff bother me. We kill just in the US about 35 million cows, 100 million pigs and around 10 BILLION chickens every year, and nobody sheds a tear for them. We also waste millions of dollars trying to contain so many stray dogs and cats roaming our streets, and at the same time several countries in the world see thousands of their KIDS die from starvation some times. We could save a lot of money and a lot of children's lives if we hire some experienced chinese cooks to process all the strays and feed them to the hungry. It doesn't sound nice, but I swear the little ones will be so grateful for the food. And please don't delete my comment like yesterday.
