SAN ANTONIO -- Police have located an SUV they believed was being driven by a shooting suspect accused of abducting a 11-month-old baby last week.

Officers were called to the Oak Manor Apartments in the 2300 block of Austin Highway Tuesday around 2:40 p.m. Tuesday after someone spotted a Chevy Trailblazer investigators believed was being driving by 23-year-old Jonathan Guillen. Guillen is accused of shooting and killing his mother's boyfriend, 44-year-old Ernest Garcia, during an argument at the complex last week.

Police said Guillen took 11-month-old Jonathan Jose Guillen Jr. with him when he left the scene. Authorities have since issued an Amber Alert for the child.

Early on, police obtained information that led them to believe Guillen was driving a black Chevy Trailblazer. They have since learned the SUV was at the apartment complex the entire time and that Guillen is in a different vehicle.

Police are now also questioning the relationship between Guillen and the 11-month-old and say they now believe there may be more of a direct threat to the child's safety.

Just saw the video..Mom if you were there why dind't you try to stop him..WTH? If he had time to crawl, that's when you should have tried to intervene..to snap him out of it. Your traits are exactly like the abused women defending their abuser till the end..Sorry you can delete this WOAI but that's how I feel about it!

Very nice detective work Mr. Magoo.. looking for a vehicle that has been under your nose the entire time!?! And I'm pretty sure the child's BIRTH CERTIFICATE would tell you if he is or if hes not the father~ you could get that within hours if the mother doesn't have it. Geez I should be a detective~ Shouldn't the Amber Alert have went out within the FIRST 3 HOURS the child went missing.. didn't your other news report say that was the most critical time and that you should text everybody on the road when their are signs posted everywhere that say DONT TXT AND DRIVE?? how many more accidents will that cause while people are staring at their phone trying to remember license plate numbers to a car that has been parked at the crime seen the whole time~

Though I pray for the safe return of the child, I doubt very seriously if this individual has the wherewithal to evade detection very long. In other words, his appearance tells me his IQ is likely equal to the age of the child. If you cannot be responsible in life, you can hardly be responsible on the run.

What is the use of issuing an Amber Alert four days after the child has disappeared? No use in closing the door after the horse got out. This man and this child are way gone down the road by now.

Would like to know more before I make comments on the baby's mama naming the child after a male who may or may not be the father of the innocent infant. Speaks volumes about the parentage or lack thereof. Hey, the brain is that thing ABOVE your waist....
