And I'm pretty sure the child's BIRTH CERTIFICATE would tell you if he is or if hes not the father~ you could get that within hours if the mother doesn't have it. Though I pray for the safe return of the child, I doubt very seriously if this individual has the wherewithal to evade detection very long. In other words, his appearance tells me his IQ is likely equal to the age of the child. If you cannot be responsible in life, you can hardly be responsible on the run.

What is the use of issuing an Amber Alert four days after the child has disappeared? No use in closing the door after the horse got out. This man and this child are way gone down the road by now.
