SAN ANTONIO -- Police are at the scene of an accident involving a semi-trailer truck on the Northeast Side.
The accident happened around 12:35 p.m. Wednesday at southbound Northeast Loop 410 at southbound Interstate 35 North. The truck appears to have gone up onto the railing on the ramp.
The accident is tying up traffic on southbound Interstate 35.
