SAN ANTONIO - Our troops can, once again, get their hands on electronics that have lithium batteries. The U.S. Postal Service banned international shipments of the electronics, like smartphones and tablets, earlier this year.
Now, the Army and Air Force Exchange Service, or AAFES, will FedEx items to 36 exchanges in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Service members can log on to the
AAFES website, choose the item, and pick it up at their exchange.
