$5,000 REWARD: Clipboard criminals break into home

SAN ANTONIO -- Police are searching for two men they say pretended to be service employees in order to break into a home.

Investigators say the men parked outside a home on Gemsbuck Chase on the Far West Side on September 19th. One of the men walked up to the house with a clipboard and then returned minutes later. Police say both men then broke into the house and stole two jewelry boxes.

The men were traveling in a 1998-2000 Gray 4-door Ford Contour at the time of the burglary.

Well it's not to support their meth habit. Neither slimeball has missed any meals recently. Probably needed to pawn the jewelry for a Luby's run.
