SAN ANTONIO -- HazMat teams had to clean up chemical spill after an 18-wheeler overturned on the Southeast Side Tuesday.
The accident happened at the intersection of Loop 410 and Interstate 37 around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The ramps from Loop 410 to I-37 were closed overnight.
