SAN ANTONIO -- An 18-wheeler overturned on Loop 1604 on the Far East Side Monday morning.
The accident happened around 7:30 a.m. Monday at Loop 1604 and Interstate 10 East.
TransGuide shows that Loop 1604 South is closed at Interstate 10. Officials expect to reopen it at around 5:00 p.m. Monday
