SAN ANTONIO -- An 18-wheeler crash is continuing to tie up traffic on the Northeast Side.
The accident happened around 12:45 p.m. on the ramp from Interstate 35 to Loop 410 South. A tank the big rig was transporting fell onto the roadway.
No injuries were reported.
