KERRVILLE, Texas -- Eighteen people were arrested in a warrant round-up in the Kerrville area.
The Kerrville Police Department Special Crimes Unit completed the Operation HEATWAVE round-up with the help of the U.S Marshals Service, Kerr County Sheriff’s Office and the Ingram City Marshals Office. The focus of the Kerr County round-up was to locate and arrest criminals wanted on felony charges.
Those arrested were wanted on a variety of charges, including felony parole violations for drug offenses, injury to a child, aggravated assault, sexual assault of a child, impersonating a police officer, obstructing police, felony D.W.I., cruelty to animals, and fraudulent use of identification.
