SAN ANTONIO - A 13-year-old boy who was hit by a car Monday is expected to be okay. Police say the boy was crossing in front of a bus that was stopped on Cesar Chavez. A driver next to the bus apparently didn't see the boy and clipped him. The boy suffered a broken leg and a minor concussion. Police say the driver who hit the boy stopped to help him and will not be charged.
