CIBOLO, Texas -- A truck collided with a school bus Tuesday morning, injuring the school bus driver and 11 children.
The accident happened in front of Steele High School in the 1300 block of FM 1103. Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City School District officials said a Chevrolet Silverado crashed into the back of a school bus shortly before 8:00 a.m.
The bus was transporting 35 students from Dobie Junior High School in Cibolo. The driver of the bus and 11 children were taken to Northeast Methodist Hospital. All of their injuries are believed to be minor.
The accident is still under investigation, and no charges have been filed in connection with the crash.
